Makes potions effects happen over time, restoration potions are short, while buffing potions such as fortify blacksmithing are longer. Balanced with vanilla and goes great with my companion mod "Gradual Ingredients", will make the game a bit harder as you don't instantly get the entire effect, but you will get a *few* extra points vs vanilla.

A companion mod to gradual Ingredients and balanced with vanilla, while being standalone if you really want to. This will make rate increase potions last 10 minutes, fortify potions last 5 minutes, and restore potions last about 10-15 seconds, some are faster acting and some are more effective as far as points restored per second. I scaled it so that as you go up in tiers you generally get more points per second and longer duration, however, with the top tier potions, I made the effects kick in faster while still restoring more than lower tiers, think of these like fast acting maximum strength medicine. I actually made these mods a while ago and have been play testing them for a long time, I just wanted to share the esl file now as I feel confident in the balance, please let me know if you find any issues or inconsistencies.
As far as balancing goes, its balanced according to vanilla's total points restored, I may make an alternate version of the mod that gives you more points total for having to wait for the points, I would likely do this by increasing duration by 1 or 2 seconds, or buffing the magnitude restore per second by 1 which would be stronger than the added duration version. My minor restore potions sort of already add a second of duration, giving you 30 instead of 25, 3 x 9 would've been closer to vanilla but it seemed hard early game during play testing.
Regular version stats potion of minor healing 3 per second for 10 seconds = 30 vs vanilla 25 potion of healing: 4 per second for 13 seconds = 52 vs vanilla 50 potion of plentiful healing: 5 per second for 15 seconds = 75 vs vanilla 75 potion of vigorous healing: 6 per second for 17 seconds = 102 vs vanilla 100 potion of extreme healing: 10 per second for 15 seconds = 150 vs vanilla 150 I didn't touch ultimate potions
the stamina and magicka potions follow the same logic per tier.
