Changes the crafting recipes of certain equipment to use weapons or armor e.g. Studded Armor now requires Hide Armor and an Iron Ingot to craft, as well as having the first level of the "Craftsman" perk from Adamant.
I also changed the recipe for the Reinforced Longbow from "A True Longbow" by PrivateEye

*Nordic and Dwarven Arrows have the same damage value so I just changed the recipe to use Steel arrows.
The recipes will not be available unless you have required gear and/or perk.
Install using your mod manager or drop the contents to your Data folder.
