Scrap the navmesh modifications.
Fix the pathing using a navcut instead. The mod is now down to 2kb, literally just a box to solve the issue.

Cleaned up the navmesh. The plugin went from 107kb to 44kb and compatibility is now improved.
If you play the vanilla start or use the quickstart mod where you exit through the Helgen cave you probably know how annoying it is to see Hadvar/Ralof getting stuck in the post sign, especially if you use mods that add clutter to the sign (like in the example images).
I was annoyed like you so I fixed the pathing by adding a navcut.
Compatibility: It's just a navcut around the sign post, should be as compatible as it gets. Just add it to your list and forget about it. I want to thank Glanzer, nicola89b and DEEJMASTER333 for their tips on how to properly implement this.
