Elemental Weathers work with mods like Obsidian Weathers and Azurite Weathers out of the box, since they don't add new weathers. If a mod adds new weathers, it needs to be patched (.esp and DISTR.ini files). Hence Azurite Weathers II Expansion needed to be patched and spacepill0w was kind enough to make this patch and share with me, I'm simply uploading it here with their permission. Thanks!
