Fixes an incompatibility between The Ferrymen and JKs Skyrim in Dawnstar

The Ferrymen adds a nice fireplace in Dawnstar for ferrymen to sit around and warm their hands.
But JK's Skyrim adds a pier over it as a addition to the harbor.
This together leads to hot feet and some immersion breaking with Ferrymen clipping through the wooden planks when sitting next to the burried fireplace.
I made a quick fix by lowering the wooden planks slightly so that the fireplace is on top of it and not below.
Installation
Compatibility
Technically, I am using Base Object Swapper, so should be compatible with almost everything. No need to rerun dyndolod, save to use with existing savegame.
This also works together with JK's Skyrim - No Snow Under the Roof as I have lowered also the snow piles on the pier. But it is not a requirement to have this mod.

- Make sure you have the dependencies installed.
- Install like any other mod using your favorite mod manager
