About this mod
Reduces all shout cooldowns by 75%. Unrelenting Force's cooldown goes from 45 seconds to 12 seconds. Fus Ro Dah Indeed!

This script reduces all shout cooldowns, both vanilla and mod-added (Thunderchild, etc), by the formula: (cooldown - 1) * 0.25 + 1.
INSTALLATION:
Place the script into SSEEdit's Edit Scripts folder. Open SSEEdit, click OK with all mods checked. Select all mods in the left pane (click on one, press Ctrl-A), right click, select Apply Script, select "Reduce Shout Cooldowns" in the script menu, click OK. Wait a minute or so for the script to do its thing, until it says "Done" in the Messages tab. Exit SSEEdit and save the plugin. Then enable the plugin in your mod manager.
