A tweaked vanilla sropefestivalline01 with various colour options for use as a modders resource.

Tweaked the vanilla sropefestivalline01.nif for use in my Whiterun series of mods and thought others could make use of it as well.
The tweaking involved repostioning the flags and adding an extra flag to even out the spacing. I also turned off decal and dynamic decal in the shader properties and had to turn the alpha test threshold to 0 on the rope to stop it appearing see through when cloud, fog, smoke, sky etc are behind it in game. I think I also turned off no fade and double sided on. All helped to improve the opaqueness though its's still not perfect.
To change the flag colour just drag the UV to where you want it in Nifscope. There's plenty of space for more colour variations on the texture so feel free.
The original fabric texture is from DARKFOX127, I've just recoloured some squares, and the rope texture is from INSANITYSORROW.
