This mod simply causes the undetected dialogue options from NPCs to never fire under normal circumstances. Ported to SSE just in case the old one needed to be.

While playing using mods like Better Vampires, I've been using the Mortal Mask illusion spell. However, NPCs still wander up to me and spout off about my skin being as pale as the snow, while my spell is making me look normal. Same with the eyes comment, my eyes aren't glowing with this mask illusion in use. So, for my personal use I made this mod to change the conditions so those two lines don't fire. If you're playing similarly to how I am, or just dislike those lines period (which I'm starting to lean toward myself), this mod will help.
In addition to the above, I have included similar changes that removes the dialogue for werewolves. I'm not entirely sure I got them all yet, however, because there were a lot more of them. If you try it out and notice any comments related to werewolf physical appearance, or smell or what have you, leave me a comment with what was said and by what kind of NPC, and I'll update to fix it.
The comments related to werewolves and vampires which are NOT said because the player IS one or the other are all untouched. Both changes are only to remove comments that make it seem like the NPC using them is aware of you being different, but they aren't smart enough to really know what that difference means.
