This Simple Mod adds Bound Quivers of Fire, Ice and Lightning Arrows for Creation Club's Arcane Archer Pack
For those unfamiliar with Bound Quiver, it adds a lesser power that creates a bundle of 100 arrows for 120 seconds that you can use with any bow.
You can find the Spell tomes on the table next to the Atronach Forge in the Midden of College of Winterhold.
They use same magicka cost as Bound Quiver (as i already thought it was quite high) but i changed that required perk for cost reduction is expert conjuration.
This mod is probably quite overpowered so use it at your own discretion!
