Requirements: 0. at least you need a PC, a monitor, a keyboard, a legal copy of SSE... 1. you need corresponding enb binaries, if you don't know just google it. 2. any weather mod you like(vivid, obsidian, cathedral, etc.) 3. ENB Helper SSE 4. newest SSE and newest ENBBinaries, if use wrong version, some effect might not work correctly
