This is the original green-only one for people who hate the brown and yellow grass in tundra/Reach areas.
No frills, just a dense blanket of cheerful green grass all over Skyrim, including the areas that would normally have brown/yellow grass.
Set iMinGrassSize=40 in your skyrim.ini for the density seen in these screenshots.
ENB used in the screenshots is CFL II.
