Version 2.2
Removed the Anti-Stability keyword -- it was largely unnecessary. This also removes the need for patches for any perk-overhaul-related mods, so they've been deleted from the files page. If you have one, remove it. Updating mid-game is not advised, but is probably fine.

Adjusted some casting sound levels.
Adjusted the magnitudes of the Retributive, Kinetic, and Focused Barrier spells so that they should now absorb more damage; changed their Equipment Type so they can now be equipped in either hand instead of just your left one. Aforementioned spells were also missing their half-cost perks... not anymore.
Symbolic Strikes and Levitation Rune are now Expert spells, and their magicka cost has been raised slightly.
Adjusted minimum skill level values for some spells for consistency between their half-cost perks and their level shown in the magic menu.

REMOVED (kind of) Master's Dynamic Entry. It was almost identical to regular Dynamic Entry and I found that its Lesser Power status made it rather overpowered. The spell technically still exists, because I may fiddle with it later, but you need to add it through the console if you want it. It has no available tome.
Added spell tomes to leveled lists so that you can now buy them naturally from vendors.

Forwarded a few changes from USSEP. Re-named the .esp for consistency purposes. It shouldn't cause any issues, but, y'know, tell me if it does.
A buddy of mine on Discord wanted this ported to SE and obtained permission from the author to publish and modify it, so here it is. The .bsa has been unpacked, assets optimized with Cathedral Assets Optimizer, .bsa re-packed, and the plugin has been saved in the CK.

Augmented Parry: For 60 seconds, block 20% more damage with your weapon or shield and generate a shockwave when you bash. You expend 30 magicka each time you bash.
Crushing Weight: Enemies around you are slowed by 50% for 10 seconds. Some kinetic spells will detonate this effect to create an explosion.
Death From Above: For 60 seconds, you convert your falls into a shockwave that increases in power the further you fall.
Dynamic Entry: Launch yourself towards your foes with hurricane force. The farther you travel, the greater the impact.
Focused Barrier: Concentrate to project a barrier that absorbs 75% of damage. Release the spell to unleash the energy as a conical wave of force.
Irresistible Force: The target is levitated and pushed away from you for 5 seconds. Casting the spell again slams them into the floor. Some kinetic spells will detonate this effect.
Irresistible Pull: The target is levitated and pulled towards you for 5 seconds. Casting the spell again slams them into the floor. Some kinetic spells will detonate this effect.
Kinetic Barrier: Concentrate to project a barrier that absorbs 50% of damage. Release the spell to unleash the energy as a circular wave of force.
Levitation Rune: Cast on a nearby surface, enemies approaching the rune are lifted into the air for 10 seconds.
Malign Levitation: Target is suspended in the air for 5 seconds. Applying a second time slams the victim into the floor. Some kinetic spells will detonate this effect to create an explosion.
Momentum: You move 35% faster and can walk on water for 30 seconds.
Retributive Barrier: Concentrate to project a barrier that absorbs 25% of damage and reflects 10% onto the attacker. Release the spell to unleash the energy as a wave of force.
Symbolic Strikes: For 60 seconds, power attacks against nearby surfaces leave a Rune of Levitation.
Telekinetic Slam: Target is picked up and slammed into the ground, knocking them down. Lifted targets receive additional falling damage.
Telekinetic Throw: Target is launched away from you and knocked down. Throwing a lifted target creates a combo blast.
Spell tomes can be bought from spell vendors.
»» -----------COMPATIBILITY
Incompatible: Should be compatible with most any other mods. Compatible: Mods that add new spells, ex. Apocalypse. AAT makes edits to vendors' leveled lists. Manual patching or a Bashed/Smashed patch is advised for resolving leveled list conflicts. If AAT's spells are not showing up, you probably have a mod overriding its changes.
