Disappointed married life in Skyrim isn't all it's cracked up to be? Did your spouse go from being the most caring supportive npc in Tamriel to an unconcerned heartless roommate? This mod may be for you!
After searching the internets for years searching for a solution to the infamous homecooked meal bug or at least an explanation as to what causes it, I've decided to create a lightweight work around. It works by creating a carbon copy of the original dialogue responses and points the dialogue topic to the new responses instead of the broken old ones.
Features - ESP file flagged as ESL - Carries forward the USSEP fixes but does not require it as a master - Works on saves with the bug and on saves without it. (Although not particularly worth installing if you don't have the bug)
NOTE As I have no idea what exactly triggers the bug in the vanilla dialogue, I cannot promise that this mod will not bug out in the exact same way. From google research and 1000+ hours of testing, it does seem like it may be linked to the spouse store somehow. Perhaps dialogue, perhaps selling specific things. No real idea though. So this is a simple work around to get the spouse cooking again.
