This is one of my player character models. Honestly, I am not sure what mods that I use will be necessary to get the exact look but I will do my best to list what I have used. I believe the teeth are either the ones included with Fairskin, or the ones from Expressive Facegen Morphs.
Race is Redguard. If when you apply the preset the face is deformed, go to the Sculpt tab and then F9 to import and choose the Charlotte file and accept all.
