With The Drunken Huntsman Inn, you can rent the upstairs room in the Drunken Huntsman. Elrindir is now an innkeeper with fully voiced room rental dialogue, and the Drunken Huntsman is now an inn that - in addition to its usual stock - now buys and sells more tavern fare.

I got the idea for this mod while playing with Cutting Room Floor, which is no longer a requirement for this mod - note that without a mod that gives Nazeem and Ahlam a bed elsewhere, you may end up sharing the rented bed with one of them. In theory, CRF gives the vacated bed to Jenassa, who is supposed to share it with you if you marry her; in practice, while Jenassa does sometimes sleep in it, the bed is unowned and can be used by anyone, player and NPCs alike. It didn't make a lot of sense to me that Elrindir would let anyone wander in off the street and into the upstairs room - not without charging them, anyway.

The Drunken Huntsman Inn modifies the Drunken Huntsman location; Elrindir and his AI package, merchant chest, and vendor formlist; and the bed and any references to it. It should be compatible with any mod that doesn't do the same. Load this mod after Cutting Room Floor if you have it. This mod is also compatible with JK's The Drunken Huntsman.
