About this mod
Enabled the Legendary prompt at 90 Skill, to match the associated Uncapper preset. The uncapper preset resets the skill to level 40.

CHADD Uncapper Preset Library is tuned to allow Legendary transitions at skill 90. However, despite the uncapper dll changing the trigger value, the stats menu doesn't show the Legendary prompt until skill 100. This mod fixes that: when a skill hits 90, it will indicate you can go Legendary... which you can with the uncapper preset.
I made some attempts to use the vanilla statsmenu using the mardoxx source files, but that specific menu source appears to be bugged. However, Extended UI was fully functional and compilable, so I used that as my basis for this mod.
