The Frozen North is amazing but with a heavily modded setup, I don't think the debuffs are that strong rendering it useless. Unless you get that patch.
This adjusts the debuffs so for Power Fantasy lists, The Frozen North is still a threat. Also you die VERY quickly even in lategame so that should add to the challenge.
