"Why does my bard need to dig through a dungeon three times just to buy a house? Did everyone in Skyrim have to do this?" If you've ever asked yourself the same question, this is the mod for you.
This mod allows players to purchase homes from Jarls without the need to do favor quests. Houses in the following cities will have two different prices that can each be configured independently in the included MCM menu (with optional support for FISSES Import/Export):
Falkreath - Lakeview Manor
Hjaalmarch - Windstad Manor
Markarth - Vlindrel Hall
The Pale - Heljarchen Hall
Riften - Honeyside
Solitude - Proudspire Manor
Whiterun - Breezehome
Windhelm - Hjerim
The two prices are "Favor", and "No Favor". "No Favor" prices reflect the cost before the player has reached relationship rank 2 (confidant) with the city's controlling Jarl, while "Favor" prices reflect the intended base price of the property.
The following house is excluded as it is a specific reward of employment:
Raven Rock - Severin Manor
Additionally Hjerim - in Windhelm - will not be purchasable for any price before completing the quest "Blood on the Ice" as the quest involves the property.
There is currently an issue where the dialogue to purchase a home will not show immediately after starting a new game. This can be resolved by saving the game and loading that save.
There are no known incompatibilities with this mod.
