As I made Coffee Beans plantable with FormList Manipulator in my other mod, I remembered this patch!
If you used the old way to patch FormIdList, don't worry about this update.
But for new users or people who don't frequent xEdit, this could be useful.
Version 1.1
Edited two Form Id lists (03008246 and 03008247) to make Wild Roses plantable in Hearthfire gardens. This, unfortunately, will conflict with other CACO patches, so make sure to combine the conflicting records.
It is_Wild_Roses after all, so this change doesn't strike me as a must. Still, the option to have a neat Rose Garden near your house sounds lovely.
IIRC, this will conflict with Beyond Skyrim Bruma patch for CACO (since it makes Bruma plants plantable), same goes for making Dragonborn plants plantable or anything else like that.
All you need to do in order to patch this is literally combine the lists.

Initial release. What's done:
Patched food and drinks: added keywords, changed effects to reflect usual CACO's effects, with some effects remaining closer to original, changed the new Cure Disease Potion to reflect CACO's changes to usual Cure Disease potions, changed skooma items to have the same effects and models as CACO's skooma, made new booze have CACO's alcohol effect, renamed Chaurus Meat to Raw Chaurus Larva Meat to avoid colliding with CACO's Chaurus Meat, added food and drink portions to some items, etc.
Patched cooking recipes: added support for CACO's anti-clutter system, remove an empty bottle requirement for booze crafting, since they already require a water bottle, changed stews recipes to require CACO's water and salt portions, made Chaurus Pie require Chaurus Eggs for Basting Sauce, etc.
Patched book records: changed notes with recipes to reflect changes in recipes themselves.
Patches tree records: added new plants to CACO's harvesting system with leveled lists and globals.

Anna's NPCs adds a lot of new food and drink items, and some plants also. This patch makes them behave more in line with Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul's new rules. Including, but not limited to:
wine, brandy, whiskey, pie - now have portions;
while harvesting roses, you get more than one at a time;
