I found quick variants of the bed exit animation in the animation folders. I replaced the normal speed animations with the quick speed variants so NPCs will always use the faster animation.
Note that sometimes they will stand on their bed if you wake them up or if you speak to them while they are sleeping. It is as though you shook them violently, but , at least, they will also react with more urgency when they catch you stealing.
Installation This mod can be installed and uninstalled without side effects.
