This mod allows you to summon a magical ice horse to follow and carry you throughout Tamriel.
Spell Location:
In a chest inside Skytemple Ruins, north of Winterhold
Requirements:
A conjuration skill level of 25
Notes:
This creature is faster than a normal horse. Once summoned, it will defend and follow you.
Its appearance may vary depending on any texture mods you have installed.
ESP only - could not be converted into an ESL.
