I have a Hert replacer because I otherwise had the dark face bug that I couldn't get rid of simply by going into the CK and exporting the FaceGen files. But creating a new mod, with the facegen file, did get rid of the dark face on my computer.
If you have a dark face bug with Hert, might be worth trying this mod to see if it fixes it.
BTW, she's a vampire not named Serana. I wasn't trying to make her look pretty. I didn't want her to look hideous either and I certainly didn't like the dark face.
