Adds ElSopa's HD Shields as standalone variants into the world using Open World Loot's framework.

Another "why not both" series of standalone addon mod by me. This time I added the awesome ElSopa's HD Shields to the game with permission.
All the shields have been integrated into OWL's level list and you can also craft the items with vanilla smithing conditions.
The stats are unchanged.
I use the 2k version of the mod, so if you want 4K textures you need to manually download the original mod and extract the texture (only) to the corresponding folders.
Requirement
The main file requires Open World Loot.
If you are using other OWL patches, a bashed patch is recommend. But you can also do a manual custom patch to resolve conflicts.
Crafting Only version requires nothing.
If you are not using OWL, you can use this vanilla level list version by pytheian.
