REQUIRED - USSEP and Winterhold Restored by Mannenyuki
This mods takes Winterhold Fully Restored by Soddenwili and reshapes it around Winterhold Restored by Mannenyuki to make Winterhold truly epic, and worthy of being an ex capital of Skyrim.

Makes Winterhold big and IMMERSIVE!
LODS not included as I still have to figure out how to do that. Please generate your own lods with Dyndolod or SSELODGen.
Features:
-All original buildings and custom interiors by Mannenyuki's mod have not been altered, other than moved around somewhat.
-35+ buildings total
-Winterhome player home
-2 blacksmiths
-common houses for NPC's
-3 gated entrances, including one on backside near bridge to college
-2 bars
-mostly navmeshed
-some other stuff
Permissions:
Since this is taking Soddenwili's mod, I checked his mod page (I assume it is he, pls no murder me) and he has open permissions as long as one notifies him, which I did. I also don't believe I'm violating (hehe) any of Mannenyuki's permissions so should be good there...
Future plans:
-Fix last part of navmesh on the walls
-Integrate LOD files
-Add some magical farms or something...
