About this mod
Frostfall and Sink or Swim have an incompatibility that prevents wetness from going up when walking underwater in heavy armor; this patch fixes that.

Simple enough to do; replaced all IsSwimming condition checks in Frostfall with a GetGlobalValue condition check, then attached a script to the MGEFs of Sink or Swim to set the globals as 1/0 when active/inactive. This allows Frostfall's wetness detection system to recognize a submerged player as underwater even if not necessarily swimming when wearing heavy armor.
Load after both Frostfall and Sink Or Swim.
This is a patch; it doesn't function on its own. Obviously you need to download both mods first.
