During its install I chose the ESPFE/ESPL option
Capital Whiterun Expansion: (Made for the file: A. Whiterun Expansion 1.5 Normal Version) Adds a water fountain in both of the expanded areas. I have not tested this patch with v 1.3 as I do not use that version. If you try it with v1.3, let me know if it works and I will update the description.
Capital Windhelm Expansion: (Made for the file: Capital Windhelm Expansion - CRF ) Resolves the clipping water fountain that is inside the ancient nord dragon monument and moves it to the edge of the main entrance to Candlehearth Hall. The water fountain buried in the snow at the Palace of Kings was not adjusted. There is way too much going on behind the scenes in that area. The original placement by Ludochan is the optimal location without extensive edits. This patch also adds two water fountains; one at the entry to the Grey Quarter (I wanted to place it at the New Gnisis corner club, but there is a lot going on behind the scenes there too), and the other in the alley by the Battle Brew Meadery and Iron Hall. For eccentric and aesthetic reasons, I added icicles to the fountains.
Cities of the North - Dawnstar: Moves the water fountain from a precarious position on a hill edge to a more logical location (see pics). For eccentric and aesthetic reasons, I added icicles to the fountain.
ClefJ's Morthal SE: The fountain was not clipping badly, but it seemed out of place. It was moved to the other side of Highmoon Hall by the garden (see pics).
Enhanced Solitude SSE: (Made for v1.3) Resolves the obvious fountain clipping issue with the partitioning wall (see pics).
The Great Town of Karthwasten SSE: Resolves the obvious fountain clipping issue with the landscape (see pics).
These are the most obvious fountains that needed a patch. If you find any more fountains that need attention, let me know (preferably through PM, and with a pic if possible). If I happen to use the same mod combination, I'll make a patch.
Used SSEEdit to flag all the .esp files as .esl
