Applies the changes of Better Master Spells over to Shock Spell Upgrade's master spells.

A simple mod that carries the changes of Better Master Spells over to the incinerating master level spell of Shock Spell Upgrade. Make sure to place this mod below the other two in the load order.
I've also made a version where the spell doesn't disintegrate killed NPCs. **only install one**
Note that the changes were *only* made to the incinerating level spell.
