Convert paper money from Google's Imperial Bank back into gold coins by activating them in your inventory

Google's Imperial Bank is a great mod! The paper currency is handy, especially with mods that add weight to coins. BUT you can't turn paper in gold again. This is bad because if all your gold is paper you can't rent rooms, bribe, or any other number of dialogue actions that require septims. This mod makes it so that you can activate the paper currencies in your inventory to convert them into gold. Not the most immersive, but it's better than not having any gold pieces! All of the gold coins will be re-converted to paper septims when performing any action that would do so under normal circumstances (like opening the barter menu).
Installation note: if installing mid-game, visit a merchant/open the barter menu to refresh the paper currency in your inventory. You won't be able to convert them back into coins until you do this (or drop them and pick them up again).
