DESCRIPTION
Lowers the volume of magic sound effects by -12db (25% volume). It includes spells and powers, and does not include shouts.

Now, there WAS another Quiet Magic mod, however it replaced only certain magic effects while leaving others untouched, and it felt like the audio was somewhat compressed. This mod also shouldn't be prone to looping sounds bug, due to using carefully tailored compressor instead of an amplifier.


DEMONSTRATION


INSTALLATION
Everything is packed in a FOMOD installer, pretty straight forward.
For Special Edition, select main BSA option. For original Skyrim (2011), select "loose files" option.

Patches for following magic overhauls are available:
- Mysticism
- Shadow Spell Package

While being incompatible with other mods that also change magic SFX, you still can (and I encourage you to) install them ON TOP of this mod, by placing them below this mod in the load order. See "Related mods" section for recommendations.
