A patch for Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul that restores the strength of Fortify Smithing and Fortify Enchanting potions to the strength of their vanilla levels. The patch is ESL flagged.

I enjoy most of the changes done by Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul, however I was annoyed that the mod made it so that the Alchemy/Enchanting loop was not as strong as it was in vanilla Skyrim. This patch adjusts the magnitude of ingredients that have 'Fortify Enchanting' and 'Fortify Smithing' to levels such that, when at Alchemy 100 and all relevant perks are taken, you can execute the Alchemy/Enchanting loop and create weapons/armor just as powerful as you could in vanilla Skyrim. I could not get numbers exactly to match those in vanilla Skyrim but a fully upgraded weapon should have less than a 1% difference in damage numbers when using this mod compared to vanilla Skyrim.
This mod also makes all ingredients that 'Fortify Enchanting' and 'Fortify Smithing' have the same magnitude for those effects. This means that any ingredient that has one of these two effects will be just as good as any other when crafting 'Fortify Enchanting' and 'Fortify Smithing' potions.
