Please note that it's far from perfect. There was only so much I could do. You'll need to manually tweak the sounds until they sound just right.
Usually a good place to start is by either lengthening or shortening the "main" sound. That is to say what the focus is on. For the letter "g" this would be "JH" and for the letter "h" it would be "CH"
