I highly recommend using SteveTownsend's Pause After Load Unscripted instead of this mod and Pause After Loading Screens.
wankingSkeever's Pause After Loading Screens pauses the game after a loading screen until a button is pressed. This mod makes it so that in addition to the button press, the player can also wait 1.5 seconds for the game to unpause on it's own. 1.5 seconds was chosen as it is equal to the longest of Skyrim's fade ins by default.
Why?
Being vulnerable to enemies while you can't see is annoying, but so is needing to hit a button to continue gameplay after every single load screen. This mod effectively extends the load screen until the fade in is complete, or until the player chooses to unpause it on their own by pushing a button.
Why not get rid of the fade in altogether?
There are ini settings that can be edited to remove the fade in after load screens, however this can lead to some ugly visuals as the game completes loading. Grass and hair for instance will visibly pop in.
