I made this in about 30 minutes after getting home from work and I'd just drank a mug of mulled wine. It probably works, it's too simple not to.
Real description:
Without SPID this will allow the player to block incoming enchantment effects by, simply blocking! With SPID installed this ability will be extended to everyone else! Yay!
One small caveat however; the fx will still play on hit, not much I can do about that without a different method.
I'll probably re-write this description when I have time.
No vanilla records touched, it's just a perk, ability, magic effect and quest. The quest only exists to grant this ability to the player then it's donezo.
This has had like, 10 cumulative minutes of QASmoke testing in a vanilla environment so yell at me if things don't work I guess. It won't prevent scripted enchantment effects, that much I can promise you.
