Despite my best effort i couldn't find a mod that gives spells that regenerate health over time. So i could just cast these spells, and not to worry about getting max. health between combat, and on higher levels even give some extra survival. I made attempt to balance this mod, but i don't really play vanilla so i gona need feedback on that.
There are 2 versions. The stacking, and the non-stacking one.
Non-stacking one works similar to mage armor. You can refresh, or upgrade it by using a higher version, but you can't stack the spells gaining infinite health regen.
Stacking version allows to be stacked by themselves, and each other, and costs 50% less, than the original. BUT! 25% of the original cost paid by lowering your maximum magicka by that much. The penalty also stacks, and is affected by any effect that increase the efficiency of restoration spells. If your maximum magicka goes negative, then you can't cast spells. Not even spells that cost 0 magicka. I made the spell this way so you can't stack infinitely by having a gear, that reduce restoration magicka cost by 100%.
The spells can be bought, or looted on the usual places. Court mages, and from Colette Marence in the Winterhold College. The master regeneration spell also requires the restoration ritual quest.
Update: i figured out the bug in the stacking version. It seems that the game does not allow a penalty greater than your current magicka for reduce maximum magicka effects. So if you had 20 magicka after casting the spell, then you only get 20 maximum magicka penalty. To fix it i added a hidden effect that increase maximum magicka for 1 second. So once you cast the spell the penalty gets delayed by 1 second, but at least you get the penalty as intended.
Update 2: i noticed that the equilibrium disables the regeneration effects. I don't mind this, but i altered the stacking version so now the equilibrium also removes the penalties too.
