An add on for Skyrim Revamped Complete Enemy Overhaul, Zim's Improved Dremora and Improved Bandits that manually distributes Adamant Perks and Mysticism Spells to the major encounter factions. and bosses. Replacing pre existing assigned perks.

This currently requires Skyrim Revamped Complete Enemy Overhaul and Skyrim Revamped Rebalanced Releveled and Adamant - A Perk Overhaul ... Mysticism is also a requirement of Adamant.

By hand I have distributed perks and spells to bosses and encounter factions.  Pre existing assigned perks were replaced.  Currently I have supported SRCEO, Zim's Improved Dremora, and Improved Bandits...

*NOT compatible with vanilla CC Survival Mode Frozen North, for some reason assigning certain Adamant Perks to NPCs causes the Frozen North script to stack dump papyrus into oblivion; I have absolutely no idea why.  Noticed no such reaction with any other cold weather survival mods.

MAJOR FACTIONS:

Perks and Skills
Necromancer: Restoration + Conjure + Alteration
Conjurer: Conjure + Alteration + Restoration
Warlock: Destruction + Restoration + Alteration
Forsworn: Alteration + Restoration + Destruction
Vampires: Destruction + Illusion + Conjure
Falmer: Destruction + Alteration + Restoration
Cultists: Jack of all trades master of none.
Dawnguard: Restoration
Witches: Jack of all trades master of none.

+1-2 perk per tier.  Compatible with, and Recommended alongside Adamant Perks for NPCs (10% option) 

Spell Specialization
Necromancer: Poison, Turn Undead, Healing, Wards, Cloaks, Raise Dead, Conure Skeletons, Shell/Weakness (deadliest but most vulnerable of casters)
Conjurer: Bound weapons, Flesh Armor, Expel Daedra, Conjure Daedra, Buffs and Debuffs (most durable and resourceful of casters)  
Warlock: Elemental Destruction, Cloaks, Wards, Flesh Armor, Healing, Shell/Weakness
Vampires: Entropy, Raise Dead, Conjure Corrupted
Forsworn: Shock & Fire, Healing, Buffs and Debuffs, Conjure Spirits
Falmer: Lightning, Healing(Shaman), Flesh Armor, Frost (Spellsword)
Cultists: Fire & Frost, Healing, Wards, Flesh Armor, Conjuring Seekers, Expel Daedra.
Dawnguard: Sun, Healing, Turn Undead
Witches: ??? Shrouded in secrecy, a mysterious cult.

These are generalist encounter templates and generic boss templates. The minor factions (eg Riekling), unique bosses, and more outlandish/exotic encounter types are handled differently/diversely.  I am likely not going to bother with Draugr or Bandits, since their are multiple overhauls available that handles them better than SRCEO in my opinion.
