Javelin effects and scripts have been changed.
Javelins are now more powerful, but require 50 stamina to throw.
Throwing a javelin does not increase One-Handed skill.
NPCs do not receive the bash damage reduction debuff when equipped with a javelin.
NPCs gain a +1 damage bonus when equipping a javelin.

I forgot to add the REQ-Tag. That should have solved the problem of items dropping in large numbers.
This patch adjusts the performance of Animated Armoury items and adds them to the Requiem leveled list. Item performance and leveled listings have been adjusted to match the Heavy Armoury items in Requiem Patch Central. We have also added enchanted and enhanced items so that even characters with limited blacksmithing and spellcasting skills will have the opportunity to use them.
I am working on a patch for my load order and have only been able to test it near Whiterun and Riverwood. Comment if you find a bug or want something changed.
Compatibility Because we make edits to many leveled lists, there is no compatibility with mods that add weapons to the leveled list.Each mod requires a separate patch. A patch for the Haevy Armoury will be made when the Heavy Armoury V4 patch is added to Requiem Patch Central. No patch will be created for Heavy Armoury. This is because there are too many items that cannot be distributed to NPCs considering their Perks.
