Reverts a USSEP change to Lynly Star-Sung's hair color, changing it back to blond because she's in hiding.

Requires USSEP. It makes no sense without it. There's also an AI Overhaul version.
Lynly is hiding from Sibbi Black-Briar, so it makes sense that she would do bleach her hair to better hide herself.
I turned off the comments tab because all anybody would talk about is Arthmoor. The bug tab is still up, though.
