This mod is a standalone version of ElSopa's Quivers Redone. Instead of overwriting the vanilla quivers, it adds the new ones as standalone in the crafting menu, and in various leveled lists.
To use this, you will ned to first download a version of the mod from ElSopa's page, since my mod does not come with the textures. Download the resolution you want from the original page, then make sure to delete the entire meshes folder. Download my mod, which has the meshes in another folder, as well as the esp file. The esp is flagged esl.
These new quivers are craftable in the smithing menu with the vanilla recipes. Additionally, instead of adding new Nord Hero arrows that no one uses anyway, I have renamed them into Wolf Arrows, which are about the same tier as elven arrows. These new Wolf Arrows are craftable, and will appear in leveled lists as well.
Quite a lot of leveled lists have been altered, those which include arrows, so make sure to use a patching tool or patch them manually. If for some reason you only want them craftable with no leveled lists, open the file up in xEdit and delete the leveled list entries. These new arrows show up where you would expect their vanilla versions too, like used by NPCs and in leveled loot. They appear about a third of the time as their vanilla versions.
