This description is made as vague as possible to avoid spoilers for The Forgotten City.
In my most recent playthrough of The Forgotten City, one of my mods that interfered with spellcasting cost (in my case NPC Mage Balance Fix) prevented a certain NPC from casting a spell required to complete one of the endings. This patch simply gives the NPC in question substantially more magicka to prevent this softlock from taking place.
If you are not sure if you need this, it only changes a single NPC record and can be installed safely regardless. ESP-FE, so it will not count towards your ESP limit. Must be installed on a save before entering the Citadel for the first time for the actor values to be applied correctly.
