Overview

Mod utilizes small scripts that runs once (at game initialization) to distribute and equip bandoliers, bags, and/or pouches to NPCs. Initial configuration is designed to distribute bandoliers, bags, and pouches to Khajiit Caravan members. Mod can be re-configured to distribute bandoliers, bags, and/or pouches to any NPC and / or any group of NPCs that you wish! Edit the _DISTR.ini that comes with this mod, and add (or delete) any Form ID that you wish.

I have organized the _DISTRI.ini into colour categories: Dark, Dark Brotherhood, Imperial, Leather, Pale / Gray. This should help players provide complete sets to NPCs if you wish. You can also mix and match any set that you want. I have completely de-constructed the original mod into 97 separate items. Each item has a corresponding spell in the _DISTR.ini.

This mod makes a few changes to the original Bandolier - Bags and Pouches Classic:
  • I removed the perk condition to craft Dark Brotherhood items
  • I changed body slots 52 -> 44 and 53 -> 45 (original mod could cause NPCs to be nude when using body slots 52 and 53). These changes make the bandoliers compatible with Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS)
  • I updated some meshes to correct for lighting irregularities from the original mod

Two versions

  • Reduced values, reduced carry capacities, and increased weights. 
- Reduced values of each piece to not bloat economies: Now 5-15 gps instead of 200-500 gps
- I altered the carry capacities: Now 5, 15, 30, 40 instead of 25, 50, 75, 100.
- I increased the actual weight of each piece to 1, 2, 3, 4 (depending on carry capacity). The original mod did not assign weights to any piece. Now the net increase in carry capacity for a pouch is 5 - 1 = 4. The net increase in carry capacity for a large bandolier is 40 - 4 = 36. Etc.

2. Reduced values (only)

Easy to change these values in xEdit and Creation Kit if you don't like my values.

Compatibility
Highly compatible with most setups, and with most other mods. 
  • Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) does not edit levelled lists, and does not modify or generate new records. 
  • Body slots, however, are not compatible. Choose wisely, or edit the body slot. I will not alter body slots.
  • Clipping will likely occur depending on setup. I will not resolve clipping issues.

Installation and Uninstallation
Use the mod manager of your choice to install. Or manually. To uninstall, remove with mod manager. My understanding is that SPID will not impact save games in any way. Safe to uninstall at anytime. 

Configuration
Huge number of configuration options available in the _DISTRI.ini. Some knowledge of Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) is useful to achieve desired results.
