Overview
My mod utilizes a small script that runs once (at game initialization) to distribute and equip slingshots to NPCs. Twenty-six (26) different types of slingshots and fourteen (14) different types of ammo. Mod is currently configured to distribute and equip Wood Slingshots and Wood Ammo to ALL female and male children.
You must distribute ammunition to NPCs - IN ADDITION - to the slingshots if you want them to use the slingshots. BOTH. See the included _DISTRI.ini. Mod can be re-configured to distribute ANY slingshot and ANY ammo to ANY NPC and / or any group of NPCs that you wish! Edit the _DISTRI.ini that comes with each mod, and add (or delete) any Form ID that you wish.
Compatibility
Highly compatible with most setups, and with most other mods.
Installation and Uninstallation
Use the mod manager of your choice to install. Or manually. To uninstall, remove with mod manager. My understanding is that SPID will not impact save games in any way. Safe to uninstall at anytime.

Compatibility

- Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) does not edit levelled lists, and does not modify or generate new records.
- Clipping will likely occur depending on setup. I will not resolve clipping issues.
Installation and Uninstallation
Use the mod manager of your choice to install. Or manually. To uninstall, remove with mod manager. My understanding is that SPID will not impact save games in any way. Safe to uninstall at anytime.
Configuration
- I created a RANDOM syntax. It will distribute a one (1) random slingshot (of a possible 26) to NPCs.
- Huge number of configuration options available in the _DISTR.ini. Some knowledge of Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) is useful to achieve desired results.
Caveats, Recommendations, and Extensions
- Fully standalone. SlingshotInSkyrim is not required. The very generous permissions from m150 made this mod possible. Be sure to thank m150 and endorse SlingshotInSkyrim
- You must distribute ammunition to NPCs - IN ADDITION - to the slingshots if you want them to use the slingshots. BOTH. See the included _DISTRI.ini
- NPCs will use the strongest weapon in their inventory. Slingshots are not that strong, compared to other weapons. Ergo, NPCs will often not use slingshots if they have a better weapon in their inventory
