For public use of ENB files, asking for permission would be ideal. In the case of ENB Lens/Sunsprite shader files, you need to ask LonelyKitsune, author of Silent Horizons ENB about them.

Changelogs
Version 2.5
Remember to delete the existing enbseries folder in your game folder before updating. Added support for fade to black imagespaces. Many tweaks in order to provide better out of box experience so you shouldn't feel the need to tweak stuff to account for your modlist. Hopefully that works out, but who knows, everyone has different modlists. Cubemaps, eyes and SSS should look better.
Version 2.4
- Tweaked sky and clouds intensities for interiors - Reduced eyes shininess back from 100.0 to 15.0 - Tweaked sun, sunrays, sunglare - Enabled sunglare effect - Enabled cloud shadows - Tweaked water - Reduced water amplitude in interiors - Reduced environment specularity intensity during rains - Added more orange to sunlight for pleasant weathers - Other tweaks
Version 2.3
- Further tweaks, particularly around dawn and dusk; - Increased contrast during day and saturation in interiors; - Disabled some effects for better out-of-box performance; - Removed prepass shader as it was no longer needed; - Enabled Cubemaps in Wetness effect; - Tweaked Water to fit more water mods without looking jarring, but right now Simplicity of Sea - Water Mod with ENB Displacement Textures looks the best; - Tweaked Eyes, but there's a possibility they'll be extremely shiny on some eye mods combinations. I tried as many eye mods as I could to see if this happens, but it never happened so to me it looks alright. The chance is there, so if it happens, please let me know. - Other tweaks I forgot about; (I tweak as I play, so whenever I see something that feels wrong, I tweak it) Remember to delete your enbcache folder so that all effects work properly.
Version 2.2
More polishing.
Added back PostPass shader to provide more customization. Because it comes with a particular style, it's disabled by default.
Version 2.1
This update focuses on polishing everything, reducing weirdness here and there. I can't claim it's going to be perfect because everyone has different mods, but here's to hoping it's as good as possible. Disabled Prepass effect due to bugs and tweaked SSS to offset the difference in brightness. I concede to the fact that the bright skin mods just don't play nice with ENBs when in strong sunlight.
Version 2.0a
2.0a (hotfix): Tweaked prepass for interiors due to skin issue. If skin still looks weird, simply disable Prepass effect. Tweaked Eyes specularity. 2.0: Changed shader files with the ones used in NLA SE by L00. This resulted in dramatically better colors and contrast. Enabled Cloud Shadows. Other tweaks. (I don't remember so this will have to suffice)
Optional, but highly recommended: - Soft Shadows for the shadows to be blurred out during overcast weathers. The older version 1.10 seems to work better. - Twilight to get rid of sunlight during dawn and dusk times. (You may need to enable it manually using ENB GUI) - Simplicity of Sea as I tweaked the water based on this mod.
