The follower version is available here: AW Tasha Redguard Follower.
The package contains the Racemenu preset and head mesh.
Set the race to Redguard Female.
Expressive Facegen Morphs is required, but if you don't want to install it, you can load the preset and then go to the Sculpt tab and import the .nif file included in the CharGen folder.
If you want to use High Poly Head, load the preset and then change the Face Part and Brows to the High Poly version.
