A simple and quick patch between the above mods; they work almost perfectly together already, this just fixes what small issues there are

Ryn's mods are a series of incredible mods which seek to flesh out and improve small locations in Skyrim, making them more interesting, either by adding detail, or expanding and iterating on their design
The Lawbringer series of mods take existing vanilla locations and allows them to be taken over, creating a Skyrim that you can slowly work to make that much safer
Both affect Bleak Falls Tower, in their own little ways, and they (mostly) work together fine, depending on which is loaded last in your modlist. However, there are a couple things that are a little off, such as the chest being at a now-inaccessible location
This simple-and-quick mod simply resolves this issue, ensure that the chest is in the right location, and that NPCs are where they should be and have all the necessary records and whatnot, so you don't have to do it yourself if you don't wanna
ESL flagged, so it wont take up any precious ESP slots!
This was built with version 1.0 of Ryn's Bleak Falls Tower and the Lawbringer version 1.3.0.2 module, as part of its FOMOD. i can't promise this will work for any other versions of either mod. Hopefully this will help someone lmao
