Adds tempering recipes and keywords for Rormasu Armor. Optional integration patches for Wares of Tamriel and Anum-La in Interesting NPCs.

Fixes
- Adds missing tempering recipes (all pieces require two bonemeal).
- Adds Survival Mode keywords (doesn't require Survival Mode).
Integration Patches
- One for Wares of Tamriel, which will allow you to purchase the armor from Cardana Pallo. Alternative version available for users of Tamrielic Distribution's Wares of Tamriel module to ensure the armor will appear alongside that mod's changes to Cardana's inventory. Use only one of these two versions.
- One for Interesting NPCs, which will give the full armor set to Anum-La the Swamp Knight.
