Reduces the gloss/shine effect on the table models for better VR visuals. Also compatible with SSE.

Playing in VR I immediately noticed a strange shine/gloss effect on the tables of the beautiful mod Vanilla Table Replacers. The effect is less noticeable and much more acceptable when plying in flatscreen. I discovered that it is caused by the cube maps added to the meshes to have the metal parts appear metallic and make the wood look polished. Thus it is not a flaw in the original mod but part of the intended look that simply does not translate well to the VR engine. To address this I simply removed and adjusted the cube maps using NifSkope to reduce the effect and give the tables a matt finish.
Unfortunately getting accurate screenshots of the effect in VR is a bit difficult but I think what I managed to capture gets the idea across. The effect is much more apparent in motion.
Compatibility:
This mod replaces only the mesh files. You will still need the original Vanilla Table Replacers for the textures.
Installation:
Use your preferred mod manager to install as per normal. Give priority to / let my mod overwrite Vanilla Table Replacers.
The optional file is for use with the optional "no ropes" version of Vanilla Table Replacers.
