This mod fixes a bug where if you cast the spell "Thunderbolt" on certain ground surfaces it won't impact with the surface and won't leave a decal like it's supposed to.

In vanilla the Thunderbolt spell doesn't impact properly with certain surfaces, instead it goes through them which causes it to not leave decals and to look glitchy. This mod fixes that problem, it also removes the slight screen shake effect when the spell hits very close to the player, which was barely noticeable anyway.
Load order matters btw, any esp that overwrites the changes of this mod will undo the fix so put it low or merge it with the conflicting mod.
