As you know, there is a little conflict between this mod and Sounds of Skyrim, making the interior sound not playing properly. It's either TS raining sound or SoS lively tavern/inn activity sounds. Now with this small patch you can get both of them without any conflicts.

Instead of editing each cell individually, I decided to edit and add some new acoustic spaces that adds the interior thunder and rain sound from TS to the interior civilization regions of SoS, which means that this patch will retain most sound from both mods without any missing sound. I only edit the civilization interior cells which includes only shops, tarvens, villages, farms and houses so dungeons and caves won't be affected.

I have also excluded some interior cells from having rain sound (there still be thunder sound) such as: jails, cellars, basements or in large castles and forts. I might miss some cells in the snowy areas but I don't think it will be a problem as the chance for rain in those areas is almost 0. But in case you encounter some cells that you see not fit or want raining sound to be included in all cell, you can let me know.

Required mods:
True Storms Special Edition - Thunder Rain and Weather Redone
Sounds of Skyrim Complete SE 


Install through your mod manager. 

The load order should be:
TrueStormsSE.esp
SoundsofSkyrimComplete.esp
TS - SOS Interior Patch.esp (you should put this right after SoS)

Run Wrye Bash if necessary. I added bash tag "C.Acoustic" for easier bash patching.

Other patches from TS and SoS mostly don't touch interior Acoustic Space so I think there will be no problem, if there is report back to me.
