A very simple mod that changes Kynareth's follower boon in the Wintersun mod by EnaiSiaion. By default, following Kynareth grants a 10% movement speed boost in combat but with this mod it is changed to 20% quicker shout recovery. I made this for personal use but decided I would upload it incase anyone else wanted to use it as well. It is flagged as ESP-FE so it will not take up a slot in your load order.
It requires Wintersun and should be compatible with anything so long as it does not change Kynareth in that mod.
