In particular, equipment that increases abilities through Enchanting, such as blacksmithing and alchemy, can sometimes cause overpowers due to the added effects. Interestingly, on the other hand, in Vanilla Skyrim, these effects are set with the "Peak Value Modifier" modifier, an exclusive control that leaves the same effect only more potent.
Nevertheless, the reason for this state of affairs was simply that they forgot to add the keyword "Assoc.Item", which determines the conflict between effects. And it seems that this bug is still not fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.
I have specified Assoc.Item for all the spells' magic effects to make the exclusivity control work correctly, and also to add the missing keyword. Only the most potent of the same magical effect will remain, and weaker effects will no longer affect it.
There are a wide variety of mods editing the same record. Creating a patch with Wrye Bash is recommended.
